Office InterActors project provides opportunities for:
- Development of professional skills in business and administration (management information systems, financial management, human resource management, quality management strategies and quality management),
- Better understanding of business culture in different European countries (Belgium, Bulgaria, Spain, Lithuania, Romania, France and other countries),
- Development of basic skills:
- language skills (English, Bulgarian, Spanish, Lithuanian, Romanian, French and other languages)
- computer skills, including use of internet and web 2.0 technologies
- work in a group
- ability to negotiate, etc.
- Development of personal qualities associated with professional success: confidence, entrepreneurship, motivation for lifelong learning, time management, managing change, managing stress
In the courses OfficeInterActors participants work together in a role-play that are realistic and linked to their professions. Students and their mentors are organised into groups of countries and meet regularly online to fulfill the tasks set in the scenarios. Roles and tasks are designed thus to require intensive group work and negotiation within groups and between groups. Involvement of people working in different branches of business encourage dialogue and development of skills for negotiation in mother tongue, while communication between participants in international groups create opportunities for real intercultural business dialogue
