LIS: Languages and Integration through
Project No LLP-2008-GRU-LP-13
The project aims at development of teaching material for Italian, Russian and Romanian as foreign languages through the use of music and songs. This approach will facilitate integration of immigrants, improving their communication and intercultural skills and will increase plurilinguism in schools and learning centers.
The material is addressed to learners at the age of 16+, teachers of Italian, Russian and Romanian as a second language.
Main results will be sample learning materials – themes, vocabulary, grammar content, self-assessment tests, etc in the form of samples of songs, video-karaoke, lyrics and lessons of diction. All those materials will be available on a web portal and supported by multimedia. Euroinform is responsible for Russian language materials development.
