The project is engaged with the development of training modules, which would facilitate young disabled people (with visual and mobility impairments) in searching for suitable employment. The main aim set by the project partners is to offer disabled learners training materials, to assist them on obtaining basic skills, such as preparing job application documents, presenting themselves at job interviews, usage of information sources, etc.

An important part of the training is addressed to the parents of disabled young people. The materials explain how to encourage the creation of independence in the disabled child and to avoid an excessive care that can impede the child’s own initiative.

Besides, the project developed psychological training for the both group of the beneficiaries aiming at the elimination of stress they often undergo.

The ICT training modules contributes to enhancing of the competitiveness of the disabled on the labour market.
